Please confirm product specifications, availability, pricing, and order details with our sales team before placing an order.

3. Product Appearance and Natural Variations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are valid only for the period specified on the quotation. If no validity period is stated, please confirm the current price with our sales team.

An order is subject to acceptance by Infinity. Any applicable deposit, payment schedule, taxes, fees, and other charges will be specified in the applicable quotation, sales order, or invoice.

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation, unloading, handling, and storage unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.Customers should inspect products upon pickup or delivery, where reasonably possible, and promptly report visible damage, shortages, incorrect items, or other discrepancies.

To the extent permitted by law, Infinity does not make independent guarantees regarding a manufacturer's product beyond any express written warranty specifically provided by Infinity.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Installation and Project Responsibility

Infinity supplies products and materials. Infinity does not provide installation, fabrication, or construction services.

Customers and their contractors are responsible for independently verifying measurements, site conditions, product suitability, compatibility, installation requirements, and compliance with applicable building codes.

12. Silica Dust Safety Warning — Cutting, Grinding, and Drilling

Certain countertop and building materials, including engineered stone, natural stone, and other silica-containing materials, may contain crystalline silica.

Cutting, sawing, grinding, drilling, polishing, or otherwise disturbing these materials can generate respirable crystalline silica dust. Inhaling respirable crystalline silica can cause silicosis, an irreversible and potentially fatal lung disease, and may increase the risk of lung cancer and other serious health conditions.

WARNING: DO NOT CUT, GRIND, DRILL, OR OTHERWISE FABRICATE SILICA-CONTAINING MATERIALS WITHOUT APPROPRIATE DUST CONTROLS AND REQUIRED SAFETY MEASURES.

Anyone handling or working with these materials must:
• Review applicable product information, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and manufacturer instructions before work begins.
• Follow all applicable Cal/OSHA requirements and workplace exposure-control procedures.
• Use effective engineering controls, including appropriate wet methods and local exhaust ventilation, as required for the task.
• Use suitable respiratory protection and other personal protective equipment when required by the applicable exposure-control program and regulations.
• Use appropriate housekeeping procedures, such as wet cleaning or HEPA-filtered vacuuming, to control dust. Do not dry sweep or use compressed air to clean silica-containing dust where prohibited or unsafe.
• Ensure that workers receive appropriate training and that required exposure assessments, medical surveillance, and other protections are provided where applicable.

Do not assume that a material is safe to cut simply because it is labeled as natural stone, engineered stone, or quartz. The material composition, task, and work conditions determine the applicable hazards and controls.

Infinity Stone & Cabinet supplies building materials. We do not provide cutting, fabrication, or installation services. Customers, employers, fabricators, and contractors are responsible for ensuring that their work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable law.

This website warning is provided for general safety information. It does not replace product-specific safety documentation, required workplace warnings, safety training, or any other legal obligation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
